Top Housing delivers pre-engineered building to Bird Island in the Antarctic
British Antarctic Survey's remote base on Bird Island needed more space for storage and work shops. The location is not only remote but in a harsh environment with strict environmental rules. The base is used by scientists to study the unique flora and fauna in the region and as such the delivery had to accommodate high needs for functionality whilst being easy to erect quickly and without disturbing the wildlife on site.
